Section I. Suez Canal Transit attendance

The company has been in this field since started with an experience of 30 years, at the beginning as owners' representative through Canal Shipping Agency and in 1998 as full agent after the Egyptian Government allowed the private sector to act as
shipping agents.

Fairtrans has participated with other agents in a pool bank guarantee amounting to one million US dollars being the first bank guarantee to be approved and operated by Suez Canal Authority which allow shipping agents to attend to vessels passing the canal.

Our two offices at Suez and the head office of Port Said, follow up vessels passing the canal and ensure to secure smooth transit with most economical cost, also being punctual to notify owner or liner operator of their vessels entering and exiting time of the canal and all occurrences happening in between. Our experienced staff will fulfill owners or operators needs with aim of consultancy to justify smooth transit in most economical way.

Section II. Liner Agency

Liner Agency is our main profession, we have been in that field since 1985 and possess the know how to fulfill liner operators
requirements, from negotiation with container terminal of volumes, operation, performance and tariffs and of course in addition to
Suez Canal Transit attendance if any.

The company also has a good back ground of liner operators' financial needs and can work easily with what they may require from
using our own financial solution or to manipulate ours with whatever required from our principals and even for online solutions.

We also have very experienced sales and marketing staff distributed in all main offices specialized in canvassing import and export cargo and has a comprehensive clients database and good knowledge of the decision makers and key persons to finalize shipment and secure business for our principals.

Our Equipment control staff has great experience and ability to handle any number of equipments in addition to our in-house
computer system which facilitate their job in order to meet principals and clients requirements.

Section III. Port Agency

The company has excellent experience in handling different kinds of vessels calling at any Egyptian port, meeting owners or operators requirements consultancy and operational wise with most competitive agency fees and economical operation cost. We are arranging berthing and sailing of vessels, appointment of terminal operators or stevedores, tallymen, watchmen, tugs and pilots and all other contractors. Also we are able to provide or supervise bunkering services..

Section IV. Supply Chain and Logistics

Fairtrans provides innovative and integrated transport and warehouse management solutions to meet and exceed clients’ business objectives while controlling lowering cost. Fairtrans logistics department offers multi-modal transportation depending on dedicated contracting fleets and the corporate relocation. Air and Sea Freight Forwarding departments work in coordination to meet urge requirements. We represent over 30 years of combined experience in the transportation and logistics field and are backed by stateof-the-industry technology.

Section V. Fairtrans value added services

The company provides different services for liner operators and ship owners, from crew changes, parcels deliveries to and from
vessels, shipping of parcels to owners in co-ordination with our Air Freight department to bunkering services.
